This particular stone has a very unique pattern and coloration that looks like lightning in the dark. This stone came from Lake Superior. Greg was able to make a buck, horse, and barrel racer out of the one “lightning stone” but has no more of this kind. These are Greg’s favorite creations (his daughter is a barrel racer), and the most time consuming and challenging at the same time. 1 out of 3 do not survive the shaping process, as there are many small detail hazards. But when they survive the process, you get a very beautiful piece of art. This is the perfect gift for anyone who has a passion for this sport.
