Description
By far the most advanced and easiest to use turkey call ever made. Features include a unique volume/tone adjustment knob that allows the hunter to adjust volume higher and lower to compensate for the gobbler’s ever changing distance. Lowering the volume makes the gobbler believe that the sound is coming from behind the hunter’s position which pulls the gobbler through the hunter thus preventing the infamous “hang up” out of gun range. The call can range from a loud volume, high pitched young jenny hen, to a softer volume raspy old boss hen, and all others in between. The Turkey Trooper 2000 Deluxe also features a small clucker button which makes perfect mistake free clucks and purrs for calling in the gobbler those last critical 75 yards. Other features include a patented camo covering (camo pattern may vary) which doubles as a rain coat. When it starts raining, simply slide the cover over the top of the call and it is protected. It also has a unique wrist lanyard/belt loop keeping the call only a hands length away allowing the hunter to hold up the gun at the same time. Made of thick walnut slabs, this call can take the punishment of many years in the turkey woods. As with most wooden turkey calls, this call requires oil free chalk. Remember to order your chalk.

This is by far the best turkey call out there! I am an avid turkey hunter and I’m picky with my call choice. This call does it all with the volume control nob to keep that old wise gobbler from hanging up outside of range. Everyone should have this call in there bag and use it as your main call.

I loved this call it is a much needed turkey call.
Harry –
This call was very useful in the rain because of its waterproof cover. I would say that every hunter needs this call.

I own one of the earliest versions of this call. I love it so much that I’ve bought then as gifts to fellow turkey hunters. A follow up yelp right after a tom gobbled at you seems to really rile the old boy even more.

I use this call as a finisher. You are able to use it when the Gobbler is closing the distance without any body movement and the soft put-puts seem to calmly draw him in. Hens really like it as well and will call back to you while you are using it. I would highly recommend it to anyone wants to bag mature Toms. Opening morning we had one fly off the roost and come in on a string using the Trooper 2000-Deluxe.

Congratulations Evan on bagging your Tom! And thanks for using our Trooper 2000-Deluxe call and taking the time to let us know how it worked for you. Stay Healthy and safe out there!!
